In the other semi, the Rosthern Junior College Longhorns defeated Maple Creek x-x.
In the bronze medal match, the Kerrobert James Charteris Rebels defeated Maple Creek x-x.
In the final, the Weyburn Western Christian Mustangs defeated the Rosthern Junior College Longhorns 54-43 as Ray Vass scored 20 and Elvin Meakes 12. The score was knotted at the half. “Victory is our cry,” the Mustangs and their fans chanted after the match. “Couldn’t have done it with you, (co-coach James) Daddy Willett,” they added. The win was the Mustangs 17th straight after suffering four losses before Christmas.
