In the final, the Coleman Crowsnest Pass Consolidated Panthers defeated the Hanna J.C. Charyk Hawks 60-59 as Shannon Frier scored 25 and Amy Tourond 10. “We seemed to be in control most of the time, but at the end they closed up a l0-point deficit and made it a close finish,” Panthers coach Grant Frier told the Lethbridge Herald. Eleven of the Panthers were also on the unit that captured the 2A provincial volleyball crown.
