In the quarterfinals, held in Hanna, the Milk River Erle Rivers Novas dispatched the Vermilion Marauders 75-36 as Virginia Judd scored 28 and Rhonda Wensman 20.
The Chestermere Lakers dispatched the Ashmont Falcons 59-42.
The Hanna J.C. Charyk Hawks clocked the Condor David Thompson Voyageurs 72-41. Donna Goodwin paced the Voyageurs with 14. Joanne Huhn added 12. The Voyageurs (coached by Peter Purvis) also included Marilyn Zirk, Pam Kendze, Laurie Buchta.
In the last quarterfinal, the Peace River Nomads whipped the Fort Saskatchewan Stingers 48-28.
In the semis, the Milk River Erle Rivers Novas nipped the Chestermere Lakers 61-57 after rallying from a 16-point deficit. The Lakers led 39-25 at the half. “We showed lots of character because we were in big trouble,” Novas coach Cam Burr told the Lethbridge Herald. “They had a great first half. We played really well to come back.” Virginia Judd led the Novas with 21. Rhonda Wensman added 13 and Rhonda Peterson 11.
In the other semi, the Hanna J.C. Charyk Hawks crushed the Peace River Nomads 71-46.

In the final, the Milk River Erle Rivers Novas whipped the Hanna J.C. Charyk Hawks 79-49 as Virginia Judd scored 23, Rhonda Wensman 19, Rhonda Peterson 12 and Carol Lodermeier 11.
