In the quarterfinals, held in Rimbey, the Pincher Creek Matthew Halton Hawks defeated the host Rimbey Spartans 99-67. The Spartans included Paul Poulsen, Guy Teulon, Ed Noble, Gary Tkacik, Wes Skeels, Trevor McMurray, Brent Lukocs, Darren Tona, Mike Prescott.

Peace River Glen Mary defeated the Edmonton J.H. Picard Pumas x-x.

The Calgary Chestermere Cowboys dispatched the Edmonton Christian Lions x-x.

In the last quarterfinal, Sylvan Lake J.H. Cody Lakers defeated the Ashmont Falcons x-x

In the semis, the Pincher Creek Matthew Halton Hawks dumped the Peace River Glenmary Saints 79-64.

In the other semi, the Calgary Chestermere Cowboys crushed the Sylvan Lake J.H. Cody Lakers 80-59. Brady Sylvester and Nick Butuk each scored 15 to pace the Lakers.

In the bronze medal match, Peace River Glen Mary edged the Sylvan Lake J.H. Cody Lakers 56-53. Nick Butuk led the Lakers with 16. Brady Sylvester added 12. The Lakers also included Ross Richardson, Darren Van Wart, Gareth Joels.

In the final, the Calgary Chestermere Cowboys defeated the Pincher Creek Matthew Halton Hawks 99-94. The Hawks trailed by 21 but rallied to within one with under a minute to play. “We had our chances to win it,” Hawks coach Robert Sulavs told the Lethbridge Herald. “They did a really good job.” Brian Mackenzie paced the Hawks with 45. Mike Griffin added 29.
