        The 2nd-seeded Brantford TRC Academy Wolfpack dusted the 7th-seeded Oakville King’s Christian Collegiate Cavaliers 112-73.         In the last quarterfinal, the 3rd-seeded Mono Athlete Institute Prep Bears defeated the 6th-seeded Thornhill Vaughan SS Voyageurs 97-85. The Voyageurs (coached by Gus Gymnopoulos, assisted by John Glezakos and Claude Nembhard) included Jas Sangha, Ryan Brooks, Taryn Todd, Wazir Latiff, Kevin Evbagharu, Jimmy Rich, Ryan Nembhard, Junior Luyeye, Quincy Akposi, Alex Thielen, Luka Andreic, Caleb Atewe, Brian Heileman, Noah Ngamba, Zachary Vidal-Henry and Kyle Mangroo.

        In the semis, the 5th-seeded St. Catharines Ridley College Tigers stunned the top-seeded Mono Orangeville Prep Bears 87-66. The Bears (coached by Nathan Johnson, assisted by Younis Hussein and Koven Padayachee) included Ignas Brazdeikis, Keshaun Saunders, Shemar Rathan-Mayes, Junior Farquhar, Joe Jones, Matthew-Alexandre Moncrieffe, Keeshawn Barthelemy, Iteoluwakisi Adekeye, Julian Lepp, Tommy Ahmed, Willem De Heer, Anyang Madut and Alanas Urbonas.

        In the other semi, the 2nd-seeded Brantford TRC Academy Wolfpack clubbed the 3rd-seeded Mono Athlete Institute Prep Bears 103-81. The Bears (coached by Charles Hantoumakos, assisted by Faiz Ahmed and Brandon Ennis) included Luguentz Dort, Addison Patterson, Sam Rautins, Ben Hendriks, Keeshawn Barthelemy, Jevonnie Scott, Kobey Lam, MaBeny Naam, Daniel Fraulin, J.J. Sedore, Moreau Amidou and John Dhuol.

        In the final, the 2nd-seeded Brantford TRC Academy Wolfpack nipped the 5th-seeded St. Catharines Ridley College Tigers 74-72. “It was about resiliency,” said TRC coach Tyrell Vernon. “I think going down as much as we did early with the seniors that we have and we stuck with the program when we could have easily packed it in but they didn’t – they played with passion, they played with heart and this is the outcome and I’m happy for those boys.” Deon Ejim notched a double-double, scoring 15 and nabbing 10 boards, while hitting a critical trey with less than a minute to play. “It feels good,” Finals MVP Ejim told North Pole Hoops. “It was a long season and a lot of things happened, injuries and stuff and I bounced back and the fact that I could get this award it means a lot to me and a lot to my team and I really appreciate it. … I’ve been with these guys three years. Last year we lost in the Finals so this year getting this win means much more than anything.” Jaden Bediako led the Tigers with 22 points, 9 boards and 8 blocks. Steve Levnaic added 13, along with 5 boards and 4 assists, Adong Makuoi 12, along with 3 boards and 3 blocks, while Noah Wharton dished 10 assists.
