In the semis, the Conception Bay South Holy Spirit Falcons defeated Gander St. Paul’s Intermediate Cardinals 69-49.
In the other semi, the Stephenville Integrated Spartans stomped the Deer Lake Elwood Lakers 79-53.
In the final, Darren Duff scored 33 as the Conception Bay South Holy Spirit Falcons nipped the Stephenville Integrated Spartans 74-73 in overtime. Stephenville was ahead 37-16 at the half but Holy Spirit exploded to tie the game at 68 in regulation and then won it in the extra frame. Dave Mercer led Stephenville with 18 points.
