In the semis, Summerside Three Oaks-2 Axettes defeated the Hampshire Bluefield-2 Bobcats 46-43 as Kailey McIver scored 17, Rachel Gallant 15 and Krista Perry 8. Jenna MacDonald led the Bobcats with 16. Rhandi Lidstone added 10 and Danielle MacKenzie 6. The Bobcats led 22-21 at the half.

        In the final, the Kensington Torchettes defeated the Summerside Three Oaks-2 Axettes 58-46 as Amy Marchbank scored 14, Malary Schurman 12, Alicia Silliker 12 and Mary Anne MacArthur 10. Karley McIver paced the Axettes with 15. Tasha MacKinnon added 8, Jenna MacKinnon 7 and Rachel Gallant 7. The Torchettes led 30-25 at the half. Marchbank was chosen the tournament’s MVP. Kensington jumped out to a 14-9 lead after one period. Three Oaks, led by McIver’s strong play, regrouped in the second quarter and went into halftime down 30-25. McIver continued to dominate in the third quarter as Kensington got into foul trouble and saw its lead cut to 42-39 heading into the final period.
