In the quarterfinal, the 4th-seeded Elmsdale Westisle-1 Wolverines edged the 5th-seeded Montague Vikings 55-53 after leading 36-16 at the half. Madison Mackinnon led the Wolverines with 12. Gemma Shea added 11 and Hannah Hackett 10. Brianna Dodd led the Vikings with 20. Abby Hameline added 10 and Lox MacMillan 7. The Vikings also included Allison Vandaele, Morgan Jardine, Nao Ikai, Carsyn Haley, Kirsten Kouwenberg, Grace Gormley, Selina Martens.

        In the semis, the top-seeded Charlottetown Rural-1 Raiders dusted the 4th-seeded Elmsdale Westisle-1 Wolverines 94-31 after leading 61-11 at the half. Maddie Hurley paced the Raiders with 18. Ashley Plaggenhoef added 15, Devon Lawlor 14, Lauren Reid 14, Sydney Whitlock 10 and Taylor Mitton 9. Lyndsay Callaghan led the Wolverines with 12. Gemma Shea added 5.

        In the other semi, the 2nd-seeded Charlottetown Colonel Gray-1 Colonels dispatched the 3rd-seeded Summerside Three Oaks-1 Axewomen 61-52 after leading 15-4, 25-18 and 34-27 at the quarters. Helena Vos led the Colonels with 20. Lauren Lilly led the Axewomen with 18. Jane Doyle added 13 and Georgie McKenna 12.

        In the bronze medal match, the 4th-seeded Elmsdale Westisle-1 Wolverines dispatched the 3rd-seeded Summerside Three Oaks-1 Axettes 52-46 after leading 29-22 at the half and 40-36 after three quarters. Lyndsay Callaghan paced the Wolverines with 16 points and 15 boards. Martina Gallant added 10, Hannah MacKinnon 10 and Hannah Hackett 7. Jane Doyle led the Axettes with 11. Jill Woods added 8 and Georgie McKenna 8. The Axettes (coached by Garth Tuttle and Jason Woods) also included Jordan Power, Jordyn Connell, Paige Campbell, Lauren Lilly, Meghan Mann, Haley Brennan, Keirstyn Palmer, Jenna Woods, Kayla Harris and Amber Dyer.

        In the final, the top-seeded Charlottetown Rural-1 Raiders clubbed the 2nd-seeded Charlottetown Colonel Gray-1 Colonels 82-35. The Raiders led 8-7 early and then exploded for 18 unanswered as they took command, holding the Colonels scoreless for almost 10 minutes. Raiders guard Lauren Reid told the Charlottetown Guardian that winning her third title was rewarding. “Each was special in its own way. In Grade 10, we were the underdog. In Grade 12, winning with all your same teammates means a lot. (My biggest memory) are the girls that I’ve been able to win them with. We played (the press) all year and had success with it, so we thought we’d come out early and get ahead.” The Raiders led 18-7, 47-16 and 67-25 at the quarters. Devon Lawlor paced the Raiders with 19. Tournament MVP Sydney Whitlock added 18 and Lauren Reid 18. Francis Alvarez led the Colonels with 12 points and 7 boards. Rylee Connolly added 10. “We tried to come out hard, go hard and play a good game. We tried our best,” said Alvarez. “I think we played pretty hard and didn’t give up, played hard all the way. They were just a really good team.”

        The all-tournament team featured MVP Sydney Whitlock (Rural-1); Devon Lawlor (Rural-1); Maddie Hurley (Rural-1); Lauren Reid (Rural-1); Francis Alvarez (Colonel Gray-1); and Lyndsay Callaghan (Westisle-1).
