        The 8th-seed Summerside Three Oaks-A Axemen whacked the 9th-seeded Montague Vikings 56-29 as Jason Smith scored 13 and Daniel Barrett 10. Three Oaks led 31-16 at the half. Ben Hughes led Montague with 16. The Vikings (coached by Lonnie States and Kevin Jenkins) also included Justin Rowe, Angus Campbell.

        The 7th-seeded Kensington Torchmen defeated 10th-seed Charlottetown Colonel Gray-A Colonels 69-45 as Colin MacKay scored 20 and Andrew MacKay 12. Kensington led 35-18 at the half. Logan Paynter led Gray with 12. Ryan Spence added 10. The Colonels (coached by Butch Postma and Peter MacKinnon) also included Ryan Gairns, Jonathan Edgar.

        In the semis, the Souris Spartans defeated Summerside Three Oaks-A Axemen 73-61 as Jason McVane scored 28 and Trevor Dunphy 19. Daniel Barrett paced Three Oaks with 12. Brian Richards added 16. Souris led 31-30 at the half.

        In the other semi, the Kensington Torchmen defeated the Elmsdale Westisle Wolverines 64-60 as Blake Williams scored 16. Dustin Gavin led Elmsdale Westisle with 23. Kensington led 34-33 at the half.

        In the bronze medal match, the Elmsdale Westisle Wolverines hammered the Summerside Three Oaks-A Axemen 69-46 as Dustin Gavin scored 25 and Justin Smith 20. The Wolverines led 40-27 at the half. Mark Richard led the Axemen with 11. Brian Richard added 10. The Axemen (coached by David MacEachern) also included Jason Smits, Corey Richard.

        In the final, the Souris Spartans clubbed the Kensington Torchmen 72-57 as Jason McVane scored 38, Matt MacDonald 9 and Trevor Dunphy 9. Souris led 43-24 at the half. Colin MacKay led the Torchmen with 21. Andrew MacKay added 9 and Blake Williams 8.
