In the semis, the 5th-seeded Montague Vikings edged the 9th-seeded Souris Spartans 56-51 as Damon Ansems scored 20, Erik Hamerline 17 and Duff MacDonald 8. Ben MacIsaac paced the Spartans with 20. Blake O added 15 and Drew MacInnis 9. The Spartans led 31-29 at the half.
In the other semi, the 6th-seeded Morell-1 Marlins thrashed the 7th-seeded Summerside Three Oaks-2 Axemen 62-44 as Raymond Walsh scored 25, Daniel Hendricken 15 and Kyle Murphy 11. Jorden Murray paced the Axemen with 9. Mike MacKinnon added 8 and Jason Johnston 8. The Marlins led 31-20 at the half.

In the final, the 6th-seeded Morell-1 Marlins defeated the 5th-seeded Montague Vikings 73-65 as Ray Walsh scored 19, Dan Hendricken 18 and Kyle Murphy 14. Kyle Jenkins led the Vikings with 24. Damon Ansems added 21 and Erik Hamelin 11. The Marlins led 38-23 at the half.
