Everyone played as a unit and our defence controlled the boards and gave ourselves a chance to win. Everything fell into place for us but the score doesn’t indicate how tough the game was. Souris was a great opponent. Our fan support was great . . . they made a huge difference. … Mazerolle was the key in our semifinal game, and he was our quarterback out there today. Matthew Bolo, just on his rebounding abilities and keeping people off the boards, was a force. He didn’t give them many second chances, and defensively, Matt Wood always played well for us in the games.”
