In quarterfinals, the 3rd-seeded Summerside Three Oaks Axemen defeated the Elmsdale Westisle Wolverines 80-38 as Brian Finnis scored 33. Zack Bell led the Wolverines with 14. The Wolverines also included Adam Hodgin.

        In the other quarterfinal, the Kensington defeated the Hampshire Bluefield Bobcats 70-60. The Bobcats included Mike Berger, Nic Pharo.

        In the semis, the top-seeded Charlottetown Rural Raiders clipped the Kensington Torchmen 75-51 as Doug McKinney scored 31, nabbed 7 boards and blocked 3 shots. Ryan Keliher added 13, Chris Linzel Waddell 12 and Cliff MacFarlane 7. Ivan Paynter led Kensington with 10. Bob MacKay, Andrew MacKay and Logan MacKay each added 8. Rural led 42-24 at the half.

In the other semi, the Summerside Three Oaks Axemen upset the 2nd-seeded Charlottetown Colonel Gray Colonels 77-70 as Brian Finnis scored 36 off 17 boards and 8-10 from the line. The Axemen led 37-28 at the half and iced it in the final minute with perfect free throw shooting. Ben Schurman added 12, Kevin Boucher 10 and Evan Rogers 7. Ryan Innis led Colonel Gray with 15 points and 9 boards. Jeff Connolly scored 16, Chad MacDonald 13 and Marty Claybourne 12.

In the bronze medal match, the Charlottetown Colonel Gray Colonels whipped the Kensington Torchmen 90-52 as Pat Rossiter scored 31, Marty Claybourne 15, Ryan Innis 12, along with 11 boards, Jeff Connolly 12 and Chad MacDonald 9. Gray led 38-26 at the half. Tom Ogilvie and Ben Paynter paced the Torchmen with 13 apiece. Ivan Paynter added 11 and Bob MacKay 7, along with 10 boards. The Torchmen also included Ivan Paynter, Andrew MacKay.

In the final, the 3rd-seeded Summerside Three Oaks Axemen defeated the top-seeded Charlottetown Rural Raiders 64-63 as Brian Finniss hit a free throw with three seconds to play. The Raiders had tied the game at 63 with 17 seconds to play on a bucket by 6-7 center Doug McKinney but Finnis got loose under the basket and was fouled. He then stole the in-bounds pass to ice the win for the third-seeded Axemen. The game was a see-saw affair. Kevin Boucher and Evan Rogers each hit three-pointers, while Ryan Keliher answered with slashing layups to tie the game at 42 with 12 minutes to play. The lead then changed hands 17 times. Rural’s Jared MacDonald hit a three with three minutes to play to tie it again. Finniss scored 29 for Three Oaks, Trevor Baillie added 9, Evan Rogers, Daniel Williams and Kevin Boucher each scored 6. Doug McKinney paced Rural with 23 points. Ryan Keliher added 22 and Cliff MacFarlane 11.
