In the final, Toronto Estonia captured its fifth national title by dumping Kentville Kings Arms Pub 109-104. Six-two guard, Norman Clarke, a member of Canada’s 1988 Olympic team, struck for 33 points for Estonia. Kings Arms led by 17 points late in the first half, and 46-37 at the break, and by 14 early in the second half before Estonia started connecting from three-point territory. In just over six minutes, the Ontario champions got four three-pointers from guard Steve Forden.
