        In the final, Hillsborough Caledonia Regional Tigers dumped the Fredericton Devon Park Christian Eagles 70-43 after leading 20-11, 39-20 and 58-30 at the quarters. “They always come out strong. It was a big part of it, it’s easier to play with a lead, that’s for sure,” Tigers coach Fred Brown told the New Brunswick Telegraph-Journal. Emma Wissink said the Tigers didn’t let up. “We still tried really hard because they could have made a comeback at any time.” Eagle Hilary Fox said “we tried our hardest. We’ve got a really young team. We tried our best, that’s all we could do.” Emma Wissink paced the Tigers with 24 on 9-23 from the floor, 3-6 from the arc, 34- from the line, 7 boards and 5 assists. Sara Simkins added 12 on 4-19 from the floor, 4-5 from the line, 7 boards and 5 assists. Shannon Anderson notched 11 on 4-11 from the floor, 3-4 from the line and 9 boards.
