In the last quarterfinal, the Fredericton Black Kats whipped the Moncton Bernice MacNaughton Highlanders 91-60 as Berkshire scored 21, Carty 11, MacDonald 10 and Brester 10. Luke Nelson led the Highlanders with 19. Brody Blakney added 11. The Royals trailed by two with 20 seconds to play when Currie nailed a trey to give them the lead. He added a pair of free throws to ice it. Claybourne led the Lions with 18. Paul added 14 and Stafford 14.
In the other semi, the Quispamsis Kennebecasis Valley Crusaders stunned the Fredericton Black Kats 86-79 as Tilley scored 34, Loughery 18, O’Neil 15 and Spurrell 11. Mayambo led the Black Kats with 28. Park added 22 and Berkshire 13.
In the final, the Riverview Royals nipped the Quispamsis Kennebecasis Valley Crusaders 69-66. The Crusaders led 22-18, 39-32 and 51-44 at the quarters.
