In the quarterfinals, held in Pilot Mound, the 2nd-seeded Sprague Ross L. Gray Raiders defeated the 7th-seeded Rossburn Raiders x-x. The Raiders (coached by Val Ross and manager by Bonnie Carpenter) included Jane Usunier, Shannon Heneghan, Coralee Kominko, Kerry Armbruster, Mandy Gensorek, Kelly White, Jeanette Kreshewski and Carrie Nychuk.
The top-seeded Hamiota Huskies defeated Nelson House 103-20. Lisa Hamilton was chosen player of the game for the Huskies.
The Pilot Mound Pilots defeated the St. Laurent Hawks x-x. The Hawks included Shelly Ducharme.
In the last quarterfinal, the Treherne Tigers defeated the Grandview Spartans 60-34. Andrea Puchailo was named the MVP for Grandview. The Spartans (coached by Brant Neufeld and managed by Lana Cowling, Shawna Hildebrant and Kristie Brinkman) also included Carol Puchailo, Jamie Clark, Elizabeth Stadnyk, Lisa Wilson, Melissa Cox, Cindy Kong, Amanda Slone, Keri Brasch, Lana Zamonsky and Rhonda Furkalo.
In the semis, the Hamiota Huskies defeated the Pilot Mound Pilots 77-42. Tara Dale was chosen player of the game for the Huskies after scoring 29.
In the other semi, the Treherne Tigers dispatched the 2nd-seeded Sprague Ross L. Gray Raiders x-x.
In the bronze medal match, the Pilot Mound Pilots defeated the 2nd-seeded Sprague Ross L. Gray Raiders 64-55. Ross L. Gray had only 14 girls in the school, six of whom were seniors. The Raiders (coached by John Bukich) included Mary Jo Hovorka, Vanessa Backman, Christine Bell, Lena Zimmerman;
In the final, the top-seeded Hamiota Huskies captured their fifth consecutive title by dispatching the 3rd-seeded Treherne Tigers 72-56 as Tara Dale scored 36 and Charlene Mathison 8. Dale was awarded the game MVP.
