In the opening round, the 8th-seeded Morris Mavericks dumped the 9th-seeded Winnipeg Immanuel Christian Falcons 53-29. The Wolverines (coached by Daniel Daniels) included Christie Campbell, Faith Constant, Ariel Cook, Kyla Fontaine-Young, Charlie Moore, Taylor Sinclair-Dick, Ariel Sinclair-Thomas, Admarie Singh-Young, Josie Young and Neena Young.

        In the quarterfinals, the 4th-seeded Carman Cougars defeated the 5th-seeded Forrest Elton Collegiate Sabres 57-47. The Sabres (coached by Jeff Maxwell) included Kylie Birmingham, Courtney Fines, Jessica Heeney, Sydney Hewins, Isabelle King, Victoria King, Charley Maxwell, Celine Nykorak, Christa Penner, Raelynn Plowman, Miranda Rusinowicz, Tawny Shelvey and Nicki Woods. Sabre Courtney Fines later received the player’s choice for the tournament.     

        The top-seeded Boissevain Broncos whipped the 8th-seeded Morris Mavericks 69-31. The Mavericks (coached by Lauren Edel) included Gina Bartel, Krista Edel, Alicia Gauthier, Dana Klassen, Jessica Klassen, Nadine Mendel, Brittany Pankiew, Samantha Schroeder, Tess Siemens, Trayza Stobbe-Fright, Kirsten vanderLinde and Lauren Wiebe.

        The 7th-seeded Steinbach Christian Flames stunned the 2nd-seeded Souris Sabres 58-43. The Sabres (coached by Trever Penner) included Chanel Becker, Emma Boisvert, Hannah Cooke, Amber Doyle, Tara Farmer, Lane Fraser, Sarah McKenna, Sarah Palson, Jessie Robbins, Mackenzie Rowat, Stacey Sherritt, Alissa Swaenepoel, Amy Tuttosi and Emily Tuttosi.

        In the last quarterfinal, the 3rd-seeded Teulon Saints defeated the 6th-seeded Russell Major Pratt Trojans 75-42. The Trojans (coached by Miss Paradine) included Emma Ciprick, Jillian Frieze, Tara Frieze, Julie Huberdeau, Shannon Jackson, Tomina Jackson, Tiffany Klemack, Danielle Moran, Virginia Olson, Alana Orsak, Aryn Robidoux, Kendra Robinson, Dana Tanner and Kelsey Ziprick.

        In the semis, the top-seeded Boissevain Broncos dusted the 4th-seeded Carman Cougars 74-36.

        In the other semi, the 7th-seeded Steinbach Christian Flames edged the 3rd-seeded Teulon Saints 73-67 in overtime. The Flames trailed by 26 after three quarters but outscored Teulon 28-2 in the final frame to force overtime with the score knotted at 61. Flames coach Dewayne Penner told the Steinbach Star & Times that “we are a Christian school. I didn’t say much. The girls prayed. It had been a very rough game. They were upset. They prayed they would be able to relax, to do our best and if we lose to lose graciously.”

        In the bronze medal match, the 3rd-seeded Teulon Saints defeated the 4th-seeded Carman Collegiate Cougars 49-42. The Cougars (coached by James Ballantyne) included Rhiannon Alcock, Christine Anastacio, Mallory Byrka, Victoria Byrka, Samantha Clemis, Maddi Fraser, Nikki Jeanson, Jasmine Mangat, Jill McCullough, Keelyn Van den Bussche, Janessa Wanders and Cassie Wiebe.

        In the final, the top-seeded Boissevain Broncos whipped the 7th-seeded Steinbach Christian Flames 72-35.
