In the quarterfinals, the top-seeded Selkirk Lord Selkirk Regional Royals defeated The Pas Margaret Barbour Spartanettes 51-25. The Spartanettes (coached by Ken Butler, manager Marilyn Jonas) included Cindy Gee, Sheila Haynes, Barb Stastook, Barb Erlenbush, Brenda Jebsen, Marlee Marin, Nadeen Preedy, Marian Bown and Cindy Armstrong.
