Betty Forth led the Jimmies with 8. Margaret Wade added 4, Pat Moore 2 and Barb McIntosh 2, while Diane McIver, Ann Smith, Doreen West, Irma Harder, Alice Harding, Joyce Overton, Barbara Taylor and Dorothy Latam were scoreless. The Jimmies were coached by Doug Dougherty and managed by E Houck.
In the other quarterfinal, the Brandon Collegiate Blues defeated Portage la Prairie 33-20.
In the semis, the Winnipeg Kelvin Clippers defeated the Brandon Collegiate Blues 11-8 as Lynn Honeyman scored 3, Willena McCullough 3, Ruth Thorvaldson 3 and Bula Paterson 2, while Sonya Campbell, Yvonne Page, Ivy Little, Russell, Bernice Morley, Linny Mayer, Janet Avery, Fairlye Allan and Selma Cooper were scoreless. Marj McLeod paced the Blues with 3. V Peden added 2, Nazar 2 and Kay Peden 1, while Friesen, MacKay and Towns were scoreless.
In the other semi, the Flin Flon Hapnot Kopper Kweens stomped the Dauphin Clippers 63-15.
In the final, the Flin Flon Hapnot Kopper Kweens defeated the Winnipeg Kelvin Clippers (then the Katies) 17-15 after leading 3-1, 8-2 and 11-10 at the quarters. Joan Barr paced the Kopper Kweens with 7. Earla Dahlgren added 4, Betteridge 3, Jacobson 3 and L Miles 2, while J Miles, Horkoff and Ransom were scoreless. Janet Avery led the Clippers with 5.
