In the bronze medal match, the 5th-seeded Steinbach Christian School Flames defeated the 3rd-seeded Cranberry Portage Frontier Raiders 71-65. Seth Gerbrandt was chosen player of the game for the Flames, while Caleb McNabb earned the laurels for the Raiders. In the final, the 2nd-seeded Niverville Panthers captured its second consecutive title by stunning the top-seeded Carman Cougars 69-56 in a reprise of the 2018 championship bout. Nathan Rempel was chosen player of the game for the Panthers while Bailey Last earned the laurels for the Cougars.
