        In the wildcard game, the Sanford Sabres clipped the Winnipeg St. John’s Ravenscourt Eagles 75-60.

In the opening round: …………………………………………………… The 8th-seeded Winnipeg Windsor Park Royals crushed the 9th-seeded Sanford Sabres 97-83. …………………………………………………… The 7th-seeded Winnipeg Churchill Bulldogs defeated the 10th-seeded Dauphin Clippers 99-89. “We played unbelievable. Churchill had one really good guy that played unbelievable in the second half. We couldn’t shut him down. But my guys played amazing. So, we were pretty happy with the way we played,” Clippers coach Trevor Beals told the Dauphin Herald. “We came out fired up. We had the lead at the half and had about a three-minute span where they shut us down. We turned the ball over and they got up about five on us and we just couldn’t dig out of that hole.” The Clippers (coached by Beals) included Brett Orpin.

        In the quarterfinals, the top-seeded University of Winnipeg Collegiate Wesmen stuffed the 8th-seeded Winnipeg Windsor Park Royals 73-45. The Royals included Jordan Gautier, Matt Hagen.

        The 4th-seeded Thompson R.D. Parker Trojans edged the 5th-seeded Winnipeg St. James Jimmies 71-67.

        The 3rd-seeded St. Norbert Celtics clipped the 6th-seeded Brandon T.A. Neelin Spartans 65-54. The Spartans (coached by Don Thomson) included Curtis Stewart, Kirby Sinclair, Blake Majcher, Anthony Korosdi, Conner Ketchan, Matt Warren, Marcus Kobylka, Michael Jacobson, Curtis Ives and Greg Schnell.

        In the last quarterfinal, the 2nd-seeded Winnipeg Westgate Mennonite Wings eliminated the 7th-seeded Winnipeg Churchill Bulldogs 78-61.

        In the semis, the top-seeded University of Winnipeg Collegiate Wesmen dumped the 4th-seeded Thompson R.D. Parker Trojans 76-63.

        In the other semi, the 2nd-seeded Winnipeg Westgate Mennonite Wings edged the 3rd-seeded St. Norbert Celtics 58-56.

        In the bronze medal match, the 3rd-seeded St. Norbert Celtics nipped the 4th-seeded Thompson R.D. Parker Trojans 69-65.

        In the final, the 2nd-seeded Winnipeg Westgate Mennonite Wings upset the top-seeded University of Winnipeg Collegiate Wesmen 79-75.
