In the bronze medal match, the New Westminster Hyacks edged the Victoria Claremont Spartans 25-23 as Jo-Ann Meehan scored 7 and Debbie Phelan 7. Dianne Benn led the Spartans with 10. The Jewels led 27-23 after three quarters as post Linda Willard took command. She finished with 16 points while Christa Sperlich added 13. Laurie Sawden paced the Islanders with 19.
