In the quarterfinals, the top-seeded Fonthill E.L. Crossley Cyclones defeated the Cannington Brock Bulldogs 70-37 as Michelle Huneault scored 27, Stacy Collins 14 and Elisha Clapp 10. Becky Thompson led the Bulldogs with 21.   The 6th-seeded Guelph St. James Lions defeated the 3rd-seeded Ernestown Eagles 41-35 as Danielle Everitt scored 12. The Eagles played without star Kelly Vernelli, who suffered an ankle injury in the second round and then saw Amy Doornekamp twist an ankle in the final quarter while Ernestown held a four-point lead. “They had a couple of big kids and they just started launching them,” Eagles coach Tom Turnbull told the Kingston Whig-Standard. “If anybody loses their starting 4 and 5, they’re going to be in trouble. Without the two posts, they just beat us down. …. It reminded me of trying to defend the Alamo. We tried real hard but we just didn’t have enough soldiers left. “It was disappointing in that if we’d had Amy, we would have gotten into the medal round, at least. I don’t think we could have beaten either of the top two teams without a full complement, but we had a chance for third. The disappointment was a temporary thing. There was nothing they could do. It’s not as if we didn’t prepare well, it’s not as if we weren’t playing well.        In the last quarterfinal, the 2nd-seeded Brockville Thousand Islands Pirates defeated the 7th-seeded Barrie North Collegiate Vikings 65-50 as Stacey Dales scored 34. Barb Kort and Dawn Kaplinski each scored 10 to pace the Vikings.

       In the semis, the 2nd-seeded Brockville Thousand Islands Pirates defeated the 6th-seeded Guelph St. James Lions x-x.

       In the other semi, the top-seeded Fonthill E.L. Crossley Cyclones defeated the 5th-seeded Chatham-Kent SS Golden Hawks x-x.

       In the bronze medal match, the 6th-seeded Guelph St. James Lions v. the 5th-seeded Chatham-Kent SS Golden Hawks.

       In the final, 2nd-seeded Brockville Thousand Islands Pirates defeated the top-seeded Fonthill E.L. Crossley Cyclones 46-37. The Pirates were led by Stacey Dales, who accepted an athletic scholarship at Oklahoma.
