In the bronze medal match, the 2nd-seeded Langham Walter W. Brown Vikings dispatched the 4th-seeded Southey Screaming Eagles 73-57 after leading 20-13 after one quarter and 39-22 at the half. “It feels fantastic,” Vikings head coach Michael Neufeld told the Clark’s Crossing Gazette. “I started coaching these girls in Grade 4. We’ve faced injuries and adversity, and getting here has been a dream, and a medal today is a dream come true. … There are so many weapons on this team.
