        In the quarterfinals, the Kinistino R.J. Humphrey Blues defeated the Fillmore Falcons. The Blues built a 21-6 lead and never looked back. Bailey Johnson paced Kinistino with 24. Melanie Ilnisky added 13. Marissa Vantawer led the Falcons with 10.

        The Kenaston Kodiaks dumped the Regina Harvest City Reapers 47-36. Kenaston led 14-11 after one quarter but the Reapers got out in transition to knot the score at 23 at the half. Harvest City’s foul trouble proved their undoing in the second half.

        The Lake Lenore Lancers dispatched the Middle Lake Three Lakes Avengers 72-50. The Lancers broke to a 5-0 lead and 22-10 after one quarter. They extended their lead to 39-24 at the half and then 60-34 after three quarters before slowly the game to a crawl and running out the clock. Danielle Bauml led the Lancers with 23. Heather Martin paced the Avengers with 21.

        In the last quarterfinal, the Foam Lake Panthers defeated the Frontier Raiders 63-57 after leading 31-25 at the half. Frontier trailed by nine after three quarters but a final rally fell just short. McKayla Stoyko paced the Panthers with 17. Hope Anderson led the Raiders with 21. The Raiders (coached by Darryl Anderson) also included Haley George, Kaleisha Heggestad, Skylar Kluzak, Alana Kluzak, Peyton Miller, Megan Fyfe, Melissa Anderson, Adrienne Keith, Samantha Glenn and Tanner Jensen.

        In the semis, the top-seeded Kinistino R.J. Humphrey Blues edged the 4th-seeded Kenaston Kodiaks 59-51 as Bailey Johnson scored 34. Brittany Prpich led the Kodiaks with 25.

        In the other semi, the 2nd-seeded Lake Lenore Lancers defeated the 3rd-seeded Foam Lake Panthers 71-64. Danielle Bauml led the Lancers with 27. Mckayla Stoyko paced the Panthers with 27.

        In the bronze medal match, the Foam Lake Panthers clipped the Kenaston Kodiaks 46-37 after leading 28-18 at the half. McKayla Stoyko led the Panthers with 21. Shae-Lynn Evans led the Kodiaks with 10.

        In the final, the Kinistino R.J. Humphrey Blues nipped the Lake Lenore Lancers 48-45 after leading 28-21 at the half. Bailey Johnson paced the Blues with 29. Danielle Bauml led the Lancers with 19. There wasn’t a situation these Kinistino girls haven’t seen or experienced, so when the Lake Lenore Lancers wiped out the Blues’ 28-21 halftime lead in the 1A final, there was never a sense of panic. “We were so relaxed the whole time,” said Blues star Bailey Johnson. “It’s amazing. It felt so surreal.”
