Spirits coach Bob Gottselig told the Moose Jaw Times-Herald said his troops kept attacking the rim and forcing fouls, and creating turnovers with the aggressive man-to-man approach. “The second half, their bench was kinda short and they were starting to wear down and we were able to get some easy baskets off of it. We always like to run the floor, we take the ball to the hole on the fastbreak. They got into foul trouble and that to maintain a competitive game, that limited the number of people they could put on the court and it also had a lot to do with their energy level.” Melissa Matheis paced the Angels with 15.
