        In the semis, the 4th-seeded Norquay Nikes stunned the top-seeded Regina Harvest City Reapers 75-70 after leading 37-35 at the half. Salem Johnson led the Nikes with 25. Isaac Simon paced the Reapers with 27.

        In the other semi, the 2nd-seeded St. Brieux Crusaders torched the 3rd-seeded Birch Hills Marauders 86-61 after leading 48-28 at the half. Jan Mark Rosalin led the Crusaders with 27. Dylan Wicks led the Marauders with 14.

        In the bronze medal match, the top-seeded Regina Harvest City Reapers edged the 3rd-seeded Birch Hills Marauders 89-81 after leading 52-36 at the half. Isaac Simon and Isaiah Merk each scored 30 to pace the Reapers. Noah Opseth led the Marauders with 23. The Marauders also included Dylan Wicks.

        In the final, the 2nd-seeded St. Brieux Crusaders nipped the 4th-seeded Norquay Nikes 85-83 to capture their second consecutive provincial title. The Crusaders led 52-38 at the half. Luis Rosalin led the Crusaders with 28. Koule Desjarlais paced the Nikes with 27.
